RubberWrestlers.com is a fan-made tool for organizing wrestling-figure collections. By using the site, you agree to use it responsibly and understand that catalog information is provided on a best-effort basis.
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of RubberWrestlers.com. By visiting, creating an account, or using the collection tools, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
RubberWrestlers.com provides tools for browsing a figure catalog, tracking owned and wanted items, recording collection details, adding custom entries, uploading personal photos, and synchronizing collection information across devices when signed in.
The site does not sell figures, process purchases, authenticate collectibles, provide valuations, or guarantee the completeness or accuracy of catalog, rarity, date, variant, or accessory information.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to agree to these Terms. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use an account only with permission and supervision from a parent or guardian.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining control of the Google or email account used to sign in. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of notes, custom figure information, and photos you submit. You grant RubberWrestlers.com a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, store, reproduce, resize, and display that content only as needed to operate and improve the collection service for you.
You must have the right to upload your content. Do not upload unlawful, harmful, invasive, misleading, or infringing material, or content containing personal information about another person without permission.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- interfere with the site, its security controls, or another user’s account;
- probe, scan, overload, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data;
- use automated activity in a way that materially disrupts the service;
- upload malware or content intended to deceive, harass, or harm others;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation; or
- use the service in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
6. Intellectual property and fan-site notice
RubberWrestlers.com and its original site design, software, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the service for personal collection-management purposes, but may not copy or commercially exploit the site or its software without permission.
This is an independent, fan-made collector tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by WWE, Mattel, LJN, their affiliates, or featured performers. Names, trademarks, images, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and collector-reference purposes.
7. Third-party services and links
The service relies on or links to third parties such as Google, Supabase, Vercel, and eBay. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. External links are provided for convenience; RubberWrestlers.com does not control or endorse third-party listings, sellers, products, prices, or content.
8. Changes and availability
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features, catalog entries, or the service. We may also establish reasonable limits to protect reliability and security. Although we aim to preserve user data, you should keep your own backup of information that is important to you.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will always be available, secure, error-free, or accurate, or that information will not be lost.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded where you live.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RubberWrestlers.com and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, opportunity, profit, or goodwill arising from use of or inability to use the service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid to use the service during the previous twelve months or the minimum amount required by applicable law.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or others, address unlawful or abusive conduct, or respond to a serious breach of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the service develops or requirements change. The effective date will be updated when revised Terms are published. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms, except where additional notice or consent is required by law.
